Comets that spiral

Across the sky 

Two ancient souls

Meet up in the night 

Long have they traveled

Far far have they come 

Looking for something familiar 


For a moment 

The flame that engulfs one

Envelops the other 

Climbing together

Through Infinite Skies  


When the universe 

Exploded to life  

I lost my beloved in fire 

Now let us dance 

This charming romance 

Of this we shall not grow tired  


For a moment

  I ONCE WAS INNOCENT Written by Catherine Vartain Frilund No grave but the sea I wait for her to rescue me The tide sweeping in Enveloping my body The sweet sea grass  My mortal soul My heart's desire The lies I’ve told My arms outstretched A serpent's kiss Empires fell With queens like this I once was innocent You know that I was I put my faith  In a fantasy god If my old friends knew me now They’d pray for me cuz I once was innocent I once was No grave but the sea To dignify my body How could I be lost When drowning in her majesty Surrendering All I can do My parted lips My siren’s tune If one does wrong What can one do?
